Refund & Cancellation policy
- All class packs and single sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class time through the booking platform.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be fully charged or deducted from your pack.
- promotions are final sale and cannot be refunded or transferred.
- If Studio 8 cancels a class, you may rebook or request a full refund for that session.
- Merchandise (including grip socks) is final sale for hygiene reasons; defective items may be exchanged within 7 days.
- No exceptions apply unless in verified medical or billing error cases, handled at Studio 8’s discretion.
- If you come in 10 mins late there is a possibility that the instructor won’t let you in.
- Starting from the purchase date, packages are not transferable or refundable, and can only be used by one person.
