Yes. We recommend starting with Power 8 — it’s slower, controlled, and focused on form. Your instructor will guide you through the machine and the flow. You’ll be fine.

Grip socks are mandatory for all classes — for safety, stability, and hygiene.
If you don’t have a pair, you can purchase Studio 8 grip socks when booking or in-studio.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before class.
Late cancels and no-shows will be charged. No exceptions.
Each class runs 50 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the flow.
You’ll move slow, burn deep, and finish strong.
At the moment, we don’t offer classes designed specifically for prenatal, postpartum, or
elderly clients — but we’re working on it.
We’ll announce when these specialized classes become available. Until then, please check
with your doctor before booking.
